Little Athletics Bendigo

Little Athletics Bendigo

Little Athletics welcomes young people with a wide range of abilities, skill and fitness levels.

Little Athletes participate and compete weekly with their friends, learning the many disciplines of athletics. These disciplines include running (sprinting, hurdles, endurance running), jumping (long jump, high jump, triple jump) and throwing (discuss, shot put, javelin).

Each season there are also opportunities for Little Athletes to participate in championship events, skills clinics and other great activities.

From 5 years old to 16 years of age

Little Athletics is open to children who are 5 years of age or older, and who are 16 years of age or younger at the end of the calendar year in which the summer season commences.

Come and Try

Little Athletes who have not been a member of a Centre before are warmly invited to take part in a two-week FREE trial period. This gives everyone (including the child, mum, dad and / or guardians) a good understanding of what Little Athletics is and how the weekly events operate.
