Event Notes and Guidelines:
- The Memorial events are only open to registered Athletics Victoria Members.
- Little Athletics events are open to LAVic Members from any Centre aged 8 to 16.
- Note; Little Athletics Members who are also Athletics Victoria Members can only enter either the LAVic events or AV similar events. That is; Either of the 200 metres (not both) or the 800m or 1500m (not both)
- Cost $10 per event. No Late Entries. Entries close 8 pm Tuesday 3rd January.
- When entering the events, please include your best times since January 2021 for the event. Put NT if you have not competed at the asked distance since January 2020.
- Please when including the best times provide as accurate as possible. No comments. The handicapper reserves the right to check times against available results.

Event Details
An initiative of the Bendigo Harriers Athletics Club is the third 5km Frenzy event.
Welcome to the third running of the 5K Frenzy, an event not to be missed by athletes and spectators alike. The event will again be held at Bendigo Regional Athletics Complex, Flora Hill, Retreat Road, Bendigo starting at 5pm on Friday 10th February 2023.
A series of seeded races throughout the evening will culminate in an after-dark extravaganza, with the running of our elite men and women. This year we will also be featuring a series of 1,000m events for U8, U11, and U15 athletes.
Athletes must be over 12 to run the 5 Km.
Watch from as close as lane four as the runners streak around the track.
From recreational runners through to Australian representatives, from athletics lovers through to families just looking for a nice summer evening: the 5K Frenzy is an event not to be missed.
Prize Money:
Seeded Races
1st $150.00; 2nd $100.00; 3rd $50.00
Elite Men and Women
1st $200.00; 2nd $150.00; 3rd $100.00
Entries:

- 5km entries: $20 p/person
- 1km entries: $10 p/person
Athlete notes:
- There will no need to check in, simply collect your bib and race number from the start line at least 15 minutes prior to your race.
- Bibs and numbers will be available from the shelter at the 5000m start line.
- You are also able to leave gear under the shelter, however, we would encourage you to leave it with family or friends to ensure security.
- The Bendigo Harriers will not be responsible for any lost goods during the event.

The team at Rosalind Events proudly present the 2023 Bendigo Ford Fun Run,
Proceeds raised support a great local cause: the Children’s Ward at Bendigo Health through the Bendigo Health Foundation.
Participants can even create their own online fundraising profile to collect donations from their friends and family.
Events on offer as part of the Bendigo Fun Run include the 1km Kids Dash, 5km Fun Run / Walk, 10km Fun Run and a Half Marathon (21.1km).
The beautiful Rosalind Park in downtown Bendigo will play host to the start and finish and will attract runners, joggers, walkers, families, and wheelchair participants from across central Victoria and beyond.
This community-led event features picturesque courses and a family-friendly event village location in the heart of the the gold rush city of Bendigo.
