5k Frenzy 2025, presented by the Bendigo Harriers

The 5k Frenzy returns for 2025 for edition five and will now feature the Athletics Bendigo Jack Davey 5000 Metre Championship.

The fastest Male and Female Registered Athletes are to be recognised as winning the Jack Davey 5000 Metres Championship.

The event also includes the Athletics Bendigo age group championships for athletes registered with Bendigo Region clubs.

SHOE DECLARATION – National Permit Meets
As the 5k Frenzy is a National Permit meet, Open & U20 athletes, who may be aiming for National Qualifiers, are required to complete an Athletics Victoria online Shoe Declaration Form prior to their first National Permit meet.

Any State Record, National Record or International qualifying performance will not be ratified without a Shoe Declaration being submitted.
