2020-21 AVSL - Round 3 - 12 Dec 2020

Welcome to the Athletics Bendigo Summer 2020-21 AVSL Round 3 Sessions on Saturday 12th December.

Each 60-minute session will have a maximum of 50 athletes per session (not including officials/club helpers) 

Draft Program:

Session 1: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

• 1:30 2000m Walk, Long Jump Flight 1, Discus
• 1:50 200m Women
• 2:00 Long Jump Flight 2, Discus
• 2:10 200m Men

Session 2  2:40 to 3:40

• 2:40 Long Jump Flight 1, Discus
• 2:50 200m Women
• 3:10 200m Men, Long Jump Flight 2, Discus

Session 3 – Non-AVSL – Additional Events 3:50 to 4:50

• 3:50 800m Mixed, Pole Vault Mixed
• 4:15 100m Women
• 4:25 100m Men

The choice by Athletics Bendigo, in consultation with Athletics Victoria to include or exclude events is based on three factors:

• Safety for participants, coaches, and event staff
• Participation numbers over the past two seasons
• Ensure event value is the best it can be, encouraging people back into the sport.

Entry Fees:

• Those with AV + AVSL Package $0.00.
• AV registered + no AVSL Package $15 each week.
• Not AV registered $20.00 each week.
  (This year, credit card charges will be added to your account upon registration).

Event Guidelines:

• There is no entry on the day, only entry via the online system will be accepted.
• It is anticipated that athletes will enter events with the intention to compete in that event, not that they MAY compete.
• Entry lists including track heats are to be posted prior to the competition, follow our facebook page for updates.
• There is no requirement for athletes to sign in.
• Athletics Bendigo reserves its right to refuse entry based on COVID-19 Rules in place.
